Hurdles/plyometrics training for bjj

Just a tip, take it or leave it. When you jump over the hurrdles dont turn around and go backwards. Instead go back to the start and go through them again if you want a second round. They are shaped liked L's so if you catch the top of the hurdle it will simply fall foward and you can keep going. When you turn around and go backwards if you catch the top of the hurddle it does not fall forward and you can get hung up on it. I ignored this advise when someone gave it too me until I hurt my knee one day.
